How is this different from Industrial Blasting?
Commercial work here covers business premises and property surfaces. Machinery, heavy equipment and industrial assets are covered on the Industrial Blasting page. If a project involves both, describe the full scope in one request.
Can work take place at an occupied property?
Occupancy, access and nearby activity need assessment. Tell us who uses the property and when areas can be made available; arrangements must be agreed before work starts.
Can you remove paint from any brickwork?
No. Soft, damaged or older masonry may require a different approach. Share the age, condition and coating information so suitability can be reviewed.
Does the quote include repainting?
Surface preparation does not automatically include repairs, priming or painting. The quote must state any additional work.
What should a property manager send?
Include wide and close-up photos, dimensions, location, access restrictions and the intended new finish. For a municipal or bid request, also send the specification, submission deadline and required contractor documentation so the requirements can be reviewed.
